Each Offroad Top End Kit includes all essential gaskets for the cylinder unit, such as head, base, exhaust gaskets, O-rings, and washers. Every component is selected to withstand the mechanical and thermal stress typical of offroad riding.

Advanced design and total quality control

Athena gaskets are developed using 2D/3D modeling, Fuji Paper and Tin Testing, FEM simulations, and validated on static and dynamic test benches. Multi-layer embossing is optimized for uniform compression and perfect sealing—even after hours of extreme use.
