This Athena Engine Kit includes all essential gaskets and seals: head, base, crankcase, exhaust, valve cover, engine oil seals, valve stem seals, O-rings, and washers. Nothing is left out—each component is selected to ensure long-lasting performance in high-stress environments.

Race-developed technology for offroad performance

Athena supports top teams in MXGP, AMA Supercross, Pro Motocross, and EnduroGP. Gaskets are tested on track and refined through direct collaboration between Athena’s R&D department and race engineers. The same technology used in competition is made available to all riders.

Advanced design and total quality control

Each gasket is developed using 2D/3D modeling, Fuji Paper and Tin Testing, FEM simulations, and validated on static and dynamic test benches. Multi-layer embossing ensures uniform compression and optimal sealing. Dimensional accuracy is verified using profilometers and Virtek® systems.
