Big Valve System with Reed Valve

Athena offers a complete range of fuel system components designed to ensure an increased, uniform, and stable inlet flow, benefiting improved throttle response and greater consistency over the entire power delivery curve.

The Athena Big Valve System fuel kit includes:

•Anodized aluminum intake manifold, CNC-machined with a specifically designed tilt for mounting carburetors up to Ø28 mm, oriented towards the rear wheel.

•A double flow guide to optimize the intake phase by avoiding turbulence and keeping the pressure of the inlet air-fuel mixture constant; available in Ø26 and Ø28 mm diameter depending on the engine configuration and the carburettor used

•Reed valve pack with single-petal reeds made of high-strength fiberglass (PRFV) to optimize the inlet flow.
